Chitwan National Park is a preserved area in the Terai Lowlands of south-central Nepal. The park is known for its biodiversity. The forests has grassy plains. The park shelters different types of bird species. Our group got the chance to canoe down the Rapti River sighting birds, creepy crocodiles, and magical elephants. Not only did we learn about the conservation park, we also attended a wonderful live cultural dance performance, and viewed the Chitwan native cultural museum. This was a perfect way to end our journey though Nepal. The last evening we spent fire side, playing games and reflecting on all the wonderful experience3s and learnings we encountered.
